Ingredients

  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Chop the onion into small cubes.

Step 3

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onion until golden brown.

Step 4

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes to release the juice.

Step 5

Squeeze the juice out of the zucchini and transfer to a bowl. Add the fried onion, crushed garlic, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 6

Add the flour and mix again.

Step 7

Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil, spoon several mounds of zucchini batter onto it, and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8

Flip the fritters and fry until golden brown on the other side.

Step 9

Fry all the batter in this way, adding oil to the skillet as needed.

Step 10

Serve the zucchini fritters with sour cream.
