Zucchini Fritters
Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Courgette 0 lbs
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater. Squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 3
Blanch the spinach, squeeze it out, and add milk.
Step 4
Blend the spinach with milk in a blender.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, blended spinach, eggs, and flour with baking powder. Add salt to taste. Add a pinch of sugar. Knead into a liquid batter.
Step 6
On a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, spoon the batter to form fritters.
Step 7
Fry the batter on low heat on both sides until cooked through.
Step 8
Prepare the sour cream sauce. For this, add the zest of 1 lemon, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and chopped herbs to the sour cream, and mix.
Step 9
Place the zucchini fritters on a plate and add the sour cream sauce.
Step 10
