Zucchini caviar with garlic
Ingredients
- Courgette 4 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds, then cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the carrot.
Step 2
Place the zucchini and carrots in a braising dish, add a cup of water, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat.
Step 3
When the zucchini become soft, add finely chopped tomatoes and a little vegetable oil, season with salt, stir, remove the lid, and simmer for a little longer.
Step 4
When the dish is nearly ready, add finely chopped garlic.
