
Zucchini Casserole with Ground Meat and Sour Cream

Ingredients
- Young zucchini 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the minced meat and tomato paste. Cook until the meat is fully done. Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the meat mixture into the dish.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater and squeeze out any excess moisture. Place the grated zucchini on top of the filling.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the sour cream and pour this mixture over the minced meat with zucchini.
Step 4
Place sliced tomatoes on top in the dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle the future casserole with grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
