Zucchini Canapés with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Cornichons 0 oz
  • Canned White Asparagus 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Finely chop the cornichons.

Step 3

Finely chop the artichokes as well.

Step 4

Chop the parsley leaves almost to a powder.

Step 5

Mix the cream cheese with the cornichons, artichokes, and parsley.

Step 6

Add the crushed garlic. Stir well.

Step 7

Taste and add pepper and salt if needed.

Step 8

Slice the zucchini into strips using a vegetable peeler.

Step 9

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small slices.

Step 10

Spread the cream cheese filling on a zucchini strip and roll it up. Place a slice of tomato on top of the roll and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Step 11

Serve the zucchini canapés at the festive table.
