- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rounds and sprinkle with salt. Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the minced garlic and cheese. Spoon the sour cream mixture onto each zucchini slice and sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
Step 3
