Zucchini baked with cheese
Ingredients
- Courgette 15 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into strips. Place in a bowl and mix with salt and flour.
Step 2
In one bowl, beat the two eggs and cold boiled water. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, herbs de Provence, and cheese blended in a blender. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture, then into the cheese coating.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place a rack on a baking sheet and lay out the zucchini on it. Send to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Place the finished zucchini on a plate and serve with sauce.
