
Zucchini Appetizer with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Herbed Cream Cheese 5 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and dice it into small cubes; you can slice part of the cucumber into strips for garnish. Mince the garlic, and roll the mint leaves into a tube before slicing them into strips.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into thick diagonal pieces and grill them on a griddle pan until browned on all sides.
Step 3
Mix the Almette cheese with mint, cucumber, and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the cheese mixture on the zucchini slices in a wavy pattern or form beautiful quenelles.
Step 5
Garnish the appetizer with cucumber sticks, and sprinkle with cumin seeds and freshly ground pepper.
