Description
It's best to use small tomatoes so that their diameter matches that of the zucchini.

- Carrot 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rounds about 1 cm thick, coat in flour, and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Grate the carrot and cheese on a fine grater. Mix together, add the garlic (pressed), and mayonnaise.
Step 4
Arrange the zucchini on a plate, top with the tomato slices (sprinkle with a little salt), and then add the cheese and carrot mixture on top.
