Zucchini and Ham Lasagna

Description
The sauce made from zucchini and ham should be liquid, so the lasagna will turn out juicy, as the dry sheets absorb a lot of moisture.
Ingredients
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 10 pieces
- Courgette 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cooked Ham 20 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Béchamel sauce 15 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in refined vegetable oil, then add the chopped zucchini and ham, after about 5 minutes add the cream, and simmer until the zucchini is partially cooked.
Step 2
Prepare the béchamel sauce according to the classic recipe.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil.
Step 4
Assemble the lasagna: a layer of béchamel sauce, a layer of zucchini with ham, lasagna sheets, then again béchamel, zucchini with ham, and cover with lasagna sheets. Finish with a layer of zucchini with ham, which should be sprinkled with cheese.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 340°F for 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
