Ingredients
- Basmati rice 1½ cups
- Gruyère cheese 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Milk ½ cup
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Herbs 0 oz
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water until done. Drain.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix 2 cups of rice, grated Gruyère, and 1 egg. Press the mixture into a round baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, grated zucchini, chopped herbs, green onions, crumbled feta, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F.
Step 6
Pour the filling onto the crust and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
