Description

This recipe was created by my friend based on a zucchini and chicken casserole presented on this site. The chicken somehow got left out. We really liked the idea of preparing zucchini with cottage cheese, and we added our own twist. This appetizer is easy to prepare. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Egg white 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a medium-sized peeled zucchini and cut it into rounds about 1 centimeter thick. Sauté in a pan until golden brown.

Step 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Beat the eggs with salt. Add the cottage cheese, spices, garlic, cream or sour cream, flour, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 4

Place the zucchini on a baking sheet, then top with the prepared mixture.

Step 5

Put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and leave for another 15 minutes.
