Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 lbs
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Pork Mince 0 lbs
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Morels 10 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Bacon 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the pork mince with the chopped onion, add the egg, salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly. The filling for the zeppelins is ready.
Step 2
Grate the raw potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice, set aside for 15 minutes to allow the starch to settle. Mix the squeezed raw potatoes with the boiled potatoes, add the flour and baking soda, and knead the dough.
Step 3
Take the prepared dough in your palm, form a patty, place the filling in the center, and shape it like a dirigible.
Step 4
Drop the finished zeppelin into boiling salted water and cook for 25 minutes. It should first float and then sink — this indicates it is ready.
Step 5
The traditional sauce for zeppelins is prepared as follows: finely chop the onion and bacon and transfer to a hot skillet to fry. Also finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the bacon and onion. When everything is fried, add the sour cream and spices.
