Yogurt with Rye Bread
Ingredients
- Rye Bread 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Honey to taste
- Maple syrup to taste
- Dried Turkey to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate a piece of slightly toasted rye bread (sweet and spicy varieties work well, such as Borodinsky bread, seed breads, and others) on a fine grater to create fine crumbs. You can also dry the bread and crush it into crumbs.
Step 2
Mix with yogurt. Add honey or maple syrup, and rosehip syrup.
Step 3
Optionally, add dried fruits (prunes, apricots, raisins) or garnish with nuts.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the bread crumbs to soften.
