- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, white wine, sesame oil, sugar, ground pepper, minced garlic, and ginger.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens. You can add 1 tablespoon of flour for thickness.
