Description

Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 25 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns 12 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Clove 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a clay pot. Place the meat in the marinade, stir, and press down so that the marinade covers it.
Step 2
Cover the pot with plastic wrap and place everything in the refrigerator for a period of 5 to 24 hours. Occasionally, the meat should be stirred. The time depends on the type of meat — partridges require less time than rabbit or venison, for example.
Step 3
When you are ready to grill the meat, remove all the marinade.
