Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the finely chopped wild garlic (about 2 handfuls) into a blender.
Step 3
Add 1 handful of pine nuts.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
Step 5
While blending, gradually add olive oil until it reaches a thick paste consistency.
Step 6
If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
