Description

  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Fish Oil 15 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Butter 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Lightly fry 1 tablespoon of flour in a saucepan with the same amount of oil.

Step 2

Stirring, dilute with 500 ml of fish broth and cook for 7–10 minutes.

Step 3

Then season the sauce with salt, remove from heat, add lemon juice or diluted citric acid, a piece of butter (you can also add sour cream or cream if desired), stir to combine the butter with the sauce, and then strain.
