  • Fava Beans 20 oz
  • Onion 4 heads
  • Capers 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the beans and 1 onion in 1 liter of water. The beans should become very soft. Don't forget to salt the water. Cool and blend until smooth.

Step 2

For the dressing, heat the oil in a pan. Slice 3 onions into rings and sauté with the capers until golden. Season with salt, stir, and add to the bean puree.
