
Watermelon Pudding

Ingredients
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Watermelon 20 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon ¼ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix a little watermelon puree with cornstarch until smooth.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the watermelon puree, diluted cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, and add the cinnamon stick.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Prepare 2 to 4 dessert cups by rinsing them under cold water. Do not dry. Pour the thickened mixture into the wet cups and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 5
Serve in the cups or remove the pudding from them. Sprinkle with cinnamon, chocolate, and pistachios.
