Warm Zucchini Appetizer with Lemon and Thyme
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 4 teaspoons
- Young zucchini 25 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into large pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet over high heat, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add half of the zucchini, stir, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl. Repeat the same with the remaining zucchini.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice and thyme. Mix well.
