  • Zucchini 2 pieces
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Toasted sesame seeds to taste
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the zucchini and slice it into rounds. Clean the pepper and cut it into strips.

Step 2

In olive oil, sauté the zucchini until golden and pale, add the pepper, season with salt, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add grated garlic and finely chopped herbs (dill, parsley) to the vegetables, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Place the iceberg lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, top with the sautéed vegetables, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
