Warm rolls with chicken, cheese, and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice 15 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed 6 pieces
- Poultry 10 oz
- Shimeji mushrooms 6 pieces
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Mirin 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the sushi rice.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and shred it.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Boil the mushrooms with sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Chop the cooked mushrooms and mix them with the chicken.
Step 5
Spread the rice on the nori sheets, then add the chicken and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the nori into a tube, press it, and cut into rolls.
Step 6
Before serving, microwave the sushi for 10 to 15 seconds to slightly melt the cheese.
