Warm olives with preserved lemon and fennel
Ingredients
- Olives 20 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Preserved Lemon 1 piece
- Fennel Seeds 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the preserved lemon in half, remove the flesh and discard it, finely chop the peel.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a skillet and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes or microwave on high for 2½ minutes (open the door and stir after 1 minute).
Step 3
Transfer to plates and serve warm.
