Ingredients

- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the eggplants, zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, and onion into strips and sauté in vegetable oil for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with milk and bake the omelet.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix sour cream and ketchup.
Step 5
Combine the vegetables with the omelet and dress the salad. Add salt.
