Warm dressing with garlic and rosemary
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 heads
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Fresh Rose Hips 1 sprig
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the tops off the heads of garlic, wrap them in foil, and place them in the oven until soft, about 1 hour. Let cool and squeeze the pulp from the cloves into a saucepan.
Step 3
Place over low heat and add the vinegar. Stir and add finely chopped rosemary. Then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
