Description
When choosing vegetables, pay attention to the ratio of their diameters; beefsteak tomatoes and small ones are not very suitable here, purely aesthetically. Keep this in mind when selecting a glass for cutting the bread. If you fundamentally do not want to use mayonnaise, although it is quite appropriate here, you can simply rub the croutons with a clove of garlic, dipping it in salt.
Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Rye Bread 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Press the garlic into the mayonnaise and let it infuse.
Step 2
Cut the rye bread into circles. Fry in vegetable oil, and set the finished croutons on napkins.
Step 3
Fry the rounds of eggplant as well.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Assemble in the following order: bread, slice of tomato, slice of eggplant, a bit of sauce.
