Description

Keep this in mind when selecting a glass for cutting the bread. If you fundamentally do not want to use mayonnaise, although it is quite appropriate here, you can simply rub the croutons with a clove of garlic, dipping it in salt.

Ingredients

  • Eggplants 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Rye Bread 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Press the garlic into the mayonnaise and let it infuse.

Step 2
