Warm Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- Canned Palm Hearts 30 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Grated Lemon Zest 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon of Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to 1 or 2 baking dishes and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 4
Place in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
