  • Strawberry 5 pieces
  • Beans ½ piece
  • Skim Milk 5 fl oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt powder 0 fl oz
  • Mint Leaves 5 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the strawberries and cut them in half or into quarters. You can use slightly bruised berries without compromising the flavor and benefits of the drink.

Step 2

Chop the mint leaves, and cut the banana into random pieces (you can just break it apart).

Step 3

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix the cocktail until completely smooth.
