Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mortar, crush the garlic with salt until it forms a paste. Transfer to a larger bowl and, while constantly stirring with a fork, add the vinegar, then gradually add the oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley. Add it to the sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This sauce goes great with cold fish.
