Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Onion 10 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Cream 22% 15 fl oz
- Red Curry Powder 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into random pieces.
Step 2
Season and fry until golden brown on each side. Set aside.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Sauté them in butter until golden.
Step 5
Add the tomato paste, then add the curry a little later.
Step 6
Warm it slightly and pour in the cream.
Step 7
Add the chicken to the sauce, mix, and serve with rice.
