Ingredients
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Fresh Mushrooms 6 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes ½ cans
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Feta cheese ½ cans
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the finely chopped mushrooms, onion, and spinach. Cook over medium heat until the onion turns golden.
Step 3
Sprinkle with spices and add sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 4
Grease 6 small molds (8 centimeters in diameter) or 1 large one with butter.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out 6 circles or 1 large circle and place them in the molds.
Step 6
Spread the filling over the dough, generously sprinkling feta on top.
Step 7
Lightly beat the eggs and mix them with the cream and spices.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into the molds and place them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 9
Cool for 5 minutes and remove from the molds.
