- Milk 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Rice 5 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Leek 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon 15 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough, roll it out thinly, and place it in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Boil the rice.
Step 3
Slice the eggplant into rounds and place it in the dish with the dough.
Step 4
Mix the sliced leek with olives and rice. Layer this mixture as the next filling.
Step 5
Top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and parsley, and then add cheese.
