Vegetarian pizza with a crust made from sprouted buckwheat and sunflower seeds

Ingredients

  • Green Buckwheat 1 cup
  • Sunflower Seeds ½ cup
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tofu 1 piece
  • Pumpkin Seeds 0 oz
  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Olives 8 pieces
  • Frisée lettuce 3 bunches
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sprout 1 cup of green buckwheat (soak for 15 minutes).

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients for the dough in a blender until smooth (add 2 tablespoons of water if necessary).

Step 3

Form a crust from this 'dough' on parchment paper and place it to dry in an oven preheated to 175°F, after 5 minutes reduce the temperature to 120°F and leave for another 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Crumble the tofu, slice the tomato into rings, arrange the lettuce leaves, and slice the olives.

Step 5

Spread the filling on the crust, drizzle with balsamic cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
