  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Kefir 5 fl oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 1 can
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Krasnodar rice to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add salt, sugar, and baking soda to the flour, and mix with softened butter until crumbly. Add enough kefir to form a dough. Set it aside for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, boil the green beans and let them cool. Slice the olives into rings, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, and grate the cheese finely.

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet. Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Spread the green beans over the dough. Drizzle with Krasnodar sauce, then mayonnaise. Layer the olives, followed by the bell pepper, and top with cheese. Bake in the oven at 430°F until ready (about 15-20 minutes).
