  • Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Spices to taste
  • Rosemary to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250°F while preparing the vegetables. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Prepare and roast the vegetables. Cut the vegetables into equal sticks. Coat in a mixture of oil, spices, and cornstarch. Salt to taste. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for one hour, turning occasionally. Before finishing, turn on the broiler and roast until golden brown.

Step 3

In unsweetened homemade yogurt, add grated garlic, finely chopped dill, and parsley. The sauce is ready.
