Vegetable stew with zucchini
Ingredients
- Cabbage ½ head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Zucchini 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Tomato Paste 2 tablespoons
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil to taste
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Water 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and chop all the vegetables; grate the carrot.
Step 2
Fry the zucchini, and once cooked, place them on a plate.
Step 3
In the same pan, fry the tomatoes with the carrot. Add to the zucchini.
Step 4
Then, stew the cabbage for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
While the cabbage is stewing, dilute the tomato paste with water.
Step 6
When the cabbage becomes soft, add the tomato paste and spices, and stew for 2–3 minutes.
Step 7
Combine with the vegetables and stir.
