  • Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
  • Napa Cabbage 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Arugula 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Peel the cucumber and carrot.

Cut the carrot into thin strips.
