Vegetable Spring Roll
Ingredients
- Rice Paper 1 piece
- Carrot 0 oz
- Courgette 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
- Napa Cabbage 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and carrot.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into thin strips.
Step 3
Do the same with the cucumber.
Step 4
Cut the arugula in half.
Step 5
Slice the green onion stems to about 7–10 cm long.
Step 6
Tear the green part of the napa cabbage into long pieces.
Step 7
Soak the rice paper in drinking water for a few seconds and place it on a flat surface.
Step 8
On one edge, place the napa cabbage, green onion, and spread with cream cheese. Add pepper.
Step 9
Add the herbs, cucumber, and carrot.
Step 10
Roll the paper with the filling into a roll.
Step 11
Cut in half with a wet knife and serve with soy sauce.
