  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Garlic 5 cloves

Prepare all the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers with a paper towel. Make a cross-cut on the tomatoes.

Remove the stems from the eggplants and poke them with a fork.
