Description

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Onion 5 lbs
- Turnips 5 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers 10 oz
- Dill 10 oz
- Parsley 10 oz
- Salt 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. If you have a juicer, it's better to use that for the tomatoes to avoid seeds.
Step 2
You can grate the carrots or pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 3
The onion and pepper can be chopped with a knife or passed through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Chop the herbs finely with a knife.
Step 5
Place the chopped vegetables and herbs in a container, add salt. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 1 day until the salt is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Pack into jars and seal with a plastic lid. This seasoning can be stored in the refrigerator or cellar.
