Vegetable Rolls with Sauce
Ingredients
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Red Currant ½ piece
- Hiziki Seaweed 3 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Dark red seaweed to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Lemongrass 1 tablespoon
- Shallot to taste
- Ginger to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the hijiki seaweed in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Marinate several cabbage leaves in a mixture of olive oil and unfermented soy sauce for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Shred the remaining cabbage, slice the zucchini and pepper, and grate the carrot.
Step 4
Wrap the chopped vegetables in the marinated cabbage leaves and secure them with strips of chives on top.
Step 5
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, ginger, and finely chopped shallot.
Step 6
Serve in small bowls.
