  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Dry yeast 2 tablespoons
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 cup
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Morels 5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with the yeast, add salt, water, and oil. Mix well. Place on a floured surface and knead thoroughly. Place the finished dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and sauté them.

Step 3

Place the finished dough on a floured surface and roll it out thinly, transfer it to a greased baking sheet, spread mayonnaise and tomato paste on top, and smooth it out. Add the sautéed mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, and strips of red and yellow bell peppers. Top with another layer of tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F.
