  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Salt a pinch
  • Herbs to taste
  • Canned Corn 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into small cubes.

Step 2

In a pan without oil (add a little water), sauté for about 7 minutes. Add the chopped tomato.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the eggs, herbs, and salt. Pour into the pan. Sprinkle with corn on top.

Step 4

After about 10 minutes, when the omelette is ready, sprinkle with cheese and turn off the heat.
