
Vegetable Morning Smoothie with Kefir

Description
This recipe yields approximately 600 ml of drink. Pour it into a nice glass and enjoy.
Ingredients
- Cilantro to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Dill to taste
- Cottage cheese 2 tablespoons
- 1% Kefir 5 fl oz
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Ground Cumin to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start by finely chopping a generous handful of celery stalks, tomatoes, and cucumber in a blender.
Step 2
As you chop, add bunches of cilantro, dill, and parsley (to taste).
Step 3
Then add 2 heaping tablespoons of good cottage cheese and about half a cup of low-fat kefir — adjust based on the thickness of the drink.
Step 4
Add a little soy sauce, turmeric (no more than 1/4 teaspoon), and cumin.
