Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
  • Gelatin 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Herbed Tofu 10 oz
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Cardamom to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Bay leaf to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the carrot, zucchini, and pieces of tofu in oil. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Fry until lightly browned.

Step 2

In 500 ml of vegetable broth, add bay leaf, cardamom, and garlic. Add 2 teaspoons of gelatin. Stir well and add the sautéed mixture (along with the oil). Cook for a while.

Step 3

Place everything in a mold, sprinkle with parsley, and pour the cooked broth over it. Allow to cool slowly and refrigerate.
