- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Leek 5 oz
- Asparagus 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a mound on the table or in a large bowl. Make a well, add the softened butter, egg, salt, and pour in 1 tablespoon of water. Mix everything together. Shape the dough into a ball, sprinkle with flour, and let it rest for a few hours, covered with a napkin.
Step 2
Blanch the asparagus in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small slices, sauté the tomatoes in a small amount of butter until the juice evaporates. Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, do the same with the carrot and leek, but fry them separately.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and place it in a mold or pan. Layer the bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onion, carrot, and asparagus.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper, and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at medium temperature.
