Description
You can use regular flour instead of these two. Add sweetener or sugar to taste. You can also add cinnamon, cocoa, or carob.
Ingredients
- Water 2 cups
- Corn Flour for Polenta ¼ cup
- Oat flakes ¼ cup
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Sugar Substitute 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add any sweetener, lemon juice (preferably from a real lemon), and salt to two cups of water. Whisk until the ingredients dissolve.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and oil. Whisk everything until smooth.
Step 3
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cook on a well-heated skillet. Stir the batter occasionally to prevent the flour from settling at the bottom.
