Ingredients
- Firm tofu 5 oz
- Cane Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the liquid from the package of firm tofu and crumble the tofu by hand.
Step 2
Add flour, salt, sugar, and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly by hand. If the tofu is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of coconut cream.
Step 3
Shape the resulting mixture into small pancakes, lightly coat them in flour, and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
