Ingredients
- Kiwi 4 pieces
- Watermelon 3 pieces
- Mint ½ bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Soy Vanilla Milk 15 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the kiwis and place the flesh in a blender.
Step 2
Cut the 3 pieces of melon into medium-sized chunks.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon.
Step 4
Add the mint leaves, soy vanilla milk, and the juice of ½ lemon.
Step 5
Blend at maximum speed for 5 minutes. Taste and add more lemon juice if it is too sweet for your liking.
