- Stale Bread 2 pieces
- Milk ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Fresh Berries to taste
- Vanillin a pinch
- Sugar ½ spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the crusts from the bread. Mix the milk with salt, vanilla, sugar, and the egg. Soak the bread in this mixture for a short while.
Step 2
Sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Plate the dish and place a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream next to it, sprinkle with berries, and serve.
